We see many HR profiles require expertise in personality quiz, even certification. The hiring process in many organizations require you to go through personality or aptitude assessments. Frankly, we don’t really trust these methods completely. At least not enough to judge anyone’s suitability for a job just based on such assessments. However, they may just give some indication about how a person generally thinks, and so may be guided to think differently when the job or organization culture so demands.
Yes, these traits are not fixed for life. Most can be unlearnt. Sometime over a longer period, but surely they can change.
We have provided a few of them here, just for fun. Do try them, but don’t take them to heart. If you think the results are not accurate then you are not alone. Sometimes it’s because of the conflicts between the heart and mind. Your heart (the softer side of you) may think you should be of a certain personality, but your decisions may come from the mind (the logical, practical side of you). Don’t worry. Take the results as a tool to reconcile between these two sides of you.
Have fun!
